How it works:pass the human check, then your browser solves a hashcash-style proof of work (SHA-256 with a required number of leading zero bits) whose difficulty tracks the live Alphanet network difficulty at 1.5×, scaled so a typical machine finishes in about 5 minutes. One claim per address and per IP per 24 hours, subject to a global daily cap.

The faucet never asks for keys or deposits. It only sends.
