NiceHash requires identity verification (KYC). We recommend MiningRigRentals instead, which does not. If you still use NiceHash, the same stratum config above works — just paste it into the NiceHash pool settings.

Important Mining Disclaimers

  • Reorg risk: while difficulty re-equilibrates after the fork, blocks arrive fast and erratically and reorgs are more likely than on Bitcoin. Do not treat freshly mined rewards as final.
  • Coinbase maturity: block rewards are spendable after 100 confirmations (standard Bitcoin coinbase maturity).
  • Replay protection: coinbase outputs are new post-fork coins and cannot be replayed. Later spends are eCash-only too; setting nLockTime = 499999999 costs nothing. See the replay protection guide.
  • Difficulty will reset to 1 at the fork block (consensus rule in the eCash code), then retarget normally every 2,016 blocks. The low-difficulty window is when small miners matter most.
  • Pool fee: our pool (pool.ecashfarm.com, ports 3334 & 3335) charges a 3% fee on block rewards. The remaining 97% is paid directly to your mining address via the coinbase (solo mode — no pooled balance, no withdrawals).
